EXPRESS - From £13 to £23.00 - Royal Mail Next Day delivery Beware, we normally dispatch Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays with a 1pm cut off time. So orders placed between those days are posted on the next working dispatch day. For example, an order received at 10am on a Tuesday will be posted on Wednesday meaning arrival Thursday by 1pm. If our post has not yet been collected, we may be able to help so feel free to phone on 01256 351 283. At Christmas time, we will dispatch again on a daily basis. All our items are sent with Royal Mail "Tracked Signed For" service within the UK. Royal Mail will text/email you with your tracking and updates. Should you not be available at the time of delivery, you will be allowed to change your delivery preferences on Royal Mail's website with your tracking. If you want your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour, please state it at the time of ordering in the comments box.
On the date of dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation.
For destinations outside the UK, please note that customers/recipients are responsible for duties and customs charges on arrival if applicable. In the event, the recipient refuses to pay the import charges and the parcel is returned to us, shipping cost will not be refunded.
RETURNS
You can return your purchase within the following timeframe from receipt of the goods:
- fully priced items: 28 days
- reduced and sale items, and exchanges: 14 days
