What is the purpose of this privacy policy?

This privacy policy aims to give you information on how we collect and process your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when, for instance, you sign up to our mailing list, make an online and/or phone purchase (initiated and/or completed), contact us via our online form, register to our website or take part in a competition.

2. THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

• Personal and payment details data:
  • Your full name including that of your recipient if different from yours
  • Your billing and delivery addresses and that of your recipient’s if different from yours, email address, telephone and mobile numbers
  • Your payment details: for online orders, we never have access to your card numbers as we use Worldpay as our card processor or Paypal on very rare occasions. For postal and phone orders, we never store nor retain any card or bank details once used to process your order.

  • Your browsing history on our website, IP address, username and encrypted password(s) if you register an account
  • Your preferences and feedback (reviews)

• Marketing and communications data:
  • Your preferences in receiving marketing information from us
  • We may also collect data of any communications you initiated with us via phone, email or via our website. For example, you requested a “back in stock” alert, sizing guidance or an exchange request, etc. This list is not exhaustive.

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Where we need to collect your personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods). • Providers all based in the UK for providing card processing services, IT support and hosting/system administration services.
• Professional advisers based in the UK providing accounting services.
• HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities based in the UK, if legally required.
• Web statistical providers on an anonymous basis.
• Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. Our website is PCI compliant and HTTPS (hyper transfer protocal secure) which you can see from the green padlock in your browser. This means that all communications, ie data, between your browser and our website are safe and encrypted.
