This privacy policy aims to give you information on how we collect and process your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when, for instance, you sign up to our mailing list, make an online and/or phone purchase (initiated and/or completed), contact us via our online form, register to our website or take part in a competition.

This policy applies to users and customers using our website and our phone line 01256 352 283 to make enquiries and/or placing orders. If you have any objections with this statement, please do not use our website nor use our phone line.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

    • Your payment details: for online orders, we never have access to your card numbers as we use Worldpay as our card processor or Paypal on very rare occasions. For postal and phone orders, we never store nor retain any card or bank details once used to process your order.

    • Your preferences and feedback (reviews)
