Delighted with my Fisherman jumper

Happy to say that the Fisherman jumper arrived on Saturday, it is a great fit (XL!), lovely colour, style and material, and I am really very delighted with it. A warm, comfortable sweater.

The sweater is a nice weight with comfortable ribbing at cuff and waist. The sleeve length was great for me because I like the extra room of XL without overlong sleeve length. I liked the garment so much I immediately ordered the same in charcoal. The XL in that colour is comfortable too, but about 2" longer in the body.Roger M. (22 Oct 2020, 10:21)

I've always wanted one of these...

Review from Canada, where southern Ontario winters can be miserably cold and and damp or just plain wet. I've wanted one of these for decades - the tough choice was deciding between the crew neck or the submariner roll neck. I have a big beard and don't shave my neck so I thought the crew neck would be more forgiving, and I was right. This jumper is of just the right weight and fits very well in all the important places - I'm 5'11" and 150 lbs, 32" waist, slim athletic build - the size M is perfect. And it fits close enough that I if I wear it with just a merino t-shirt under it, I can still wear my close-fitting leather jackets over top. Highly recommended.
